- How many developments since 1 January 2018 have been subject to (a) rectification orders, (b) building defect investigations and (c) government intervention to ensure safety, including the (i) development name and (ii) development address for each.
- Of the developments referred to in part (1), how many (a) builders have had licences suspended or cancelled, (b) certifiers have had licences suspended or cancelled, (c) engineers have had licences suspended or cancelled and (d) of each of these groups have faced financial penalties.
- For each development referred to in part (1) where defects were identified, what costs (if any) have been borne by the Government to rectify, remediate or manage safety risks.
