- Have ACT Building Inspector officials inspected the additional dwelling at 41 Baume Crescent, McKellar.
- What did the RRRT observe in the way of the additional dwelling being separately constructed from the main dwelling.
- What did the RRRT observe in the way of a kitchen and/or cooking facilities in the additional dwelling at 41 Baume Crescent, McKellar.
- Has the RRRT issued a Certificate of Occupancy and Use (COU) for the completed additional dwelling development at 41 Baume Crescent, McKellar; if so, did the RRRT take into account that the additional dwelling is being advertised and rented as a separate dwelling and/or the kitchen and cooking facilities in the additional dwelling.
