Question - Alexander Maconochie Centre

1. What recreational technology is available to detainees at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) including, but not limited to, PlayStations, Xbox consoles, games available on Centre computers, and other entertainment devices.
2. How many devices referred to in part (1) are available, and how many are operational at any given time.
3. Where in the AMC are these devices located and which categories of detainees, including sentenced and remand, are able to access them.
4. What restrictions apply in terms of hours of access, supervision, and permitted uses of devices referred to in part (1).
5. Are detainees permitted to use AMC computers for recreational gaming; if so, what controls are in place regarding the type of games available.
6. Has the Government assessed the impact of recreational technology use on detainee behaviour, wellbeing, or rehabilitation outcomes; if so, what findings have been made.
