  1. What is the process for a community housing provider to get their project considered as a Territory Priority Project.
  2. Have any community housing developments been listed as a Territory Priority Project.
  3. What community housing developments is the ACT Government currently considering to be made a Territory Priority Project.
  4. How many community housing dwellings on Block 45 Section 54 Belconnen does the ACT Government intend to be public or community housing given that, during debate on the Margaret Timpson Park motion on 15 May 2025, the Minister for Homes and New Suburbs said in response to amendments that called for a minimum of 15 percent public or community housing on the site that “My expectation is that it will be much more than that” and the Government response to the motion states that the site “will be considered for a targeted release to the community housing sector to help provide much needed affordable housing”.
  5. Will the ACT Government commit to developing the whole site referred to in part (4) as community housing.
  6. Is the ACT Government considering making all 60 dwellings referred to in part (4) community housing.
