- Given that one lane of Northbourne Avenue southbound has been closed for many years for about 200 metres from Morphett Street in Dickson, when did this lane first close and why was it closed.
- If the lane referred to in part (1) has been closed for a redevelopment, why is the lane not reopened when no work is being undertaken.
- How many days lapsed from when the lane was closed to when work commenced on the development site.
- How many days has the lane been closed where there has been no work being done on-site including weekends.
- When is the lane due to re-open.
- Is the developer required to pay monetary compensation for the lane closures given the impact on the wider community.
- Has the Government commissioned studies or looked at what other jurisdictions do as an alternative to ongoing long-term lane closures that impact the wider community; if so, can the Minister provide that information.
