  1. How many ACT legislative instruments or Acts passed since 2018, on the basis of Solicitor-General advice, have subsequently been amended, repealed, or challenged on constitutional or administrative grounds.
  2. Since 2018, has any legal advice by the ACT Solicitor-General contributed to the establishment of a board of inquiry, Auditor-General investigation, or public service review; if so, can the Attorney-General provide relevant details.
  3. What formal risk assessment procedures exist to vet high-risk or constitutionally significant policies before they are implemented based on advice from the ACT Solicitor-General.
