- How many electric buses are based at the Tuggeranong Depot.
- How many electric charging stations are there at the Tuggeranong Depot.
- Are the charging stations powered by renewable energy; if so, what type specifically.
- Can no more than two electric buses be charged at the charging stations at any one time due to “tripping” the electrical circuit for the depot.
- How many buses in total are based at the Tuggeranong Depot and what is the breakdown by petrol/diesel/electric/other.
- What are the upgrade plans, i.e., how many stations for electric bus charging and what is the timeframe.

(6) Current plans are to stage the necessary works to install 25 chargers initially and 100 chargers eventually at the Tuggeranong Depot to coincide with the completion of the recently announced feeder augmentation works being undertaken by Evo Energy. Transport Canberra is aiming to have 25 chargers installed by mid-2024 and the installation of a total of 100 chargers undertaken as the diesel bus fleet at the Tuggeranong depot is replaced. |
