Question - ACT Youth Week

1. What is the number and quantum of Youth Week Grants in 2025.
2. Can the Minister provide a table showing the number and quantum of youth week grants for the last 10 years.
3. What is the policy for when Youth Week Grants funds are released.
4. Why was grant funding for 2025 Youth Week events not released well in advance of the planned events.
5. What are the Minister's policy requirements for insurance of Youth Week events.
6. Why was an event organiser required to provide separate liability insurance cover for an event on a university campus, that the university agreed would be covered under the existing university insurance coverage.
7. Is it the Minister's policy to cover the costs incurred because of additional administrative burdens imposed on grantees because of the ACT Government's additional requirements.
