  1. 100.57 FTE.
  2. The FTE is for Libraries ACT as an entire business unit.
  3. Libraries ACT currently has 88.69 FTE filled. 
  4. The number of branch closures between 1 January 2022 and 31 October 2023 is below:

Please note that several closures identified in this table include the closures of libraries approved by the Minister in early 2022 as a result of staff shortages associated with the outbreak of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. Other closures are typically associated with unplanned personal leave.

(5) Kippax Library was closed twice in October 2023 due to staff shortages resulting from unplanned personal leave.
