- Has the boundary fence erected at Block 6 Section 54 Campbell been identified (a) as non-compliant and (b) for removal as a non-complying structure; if not, why not.
- Did the Access Canberra Building and Planning Compliance team open a case to investigate this matter; if so, (a) what were the findings of this investigation, (b) how many staff worked on this investigation and (c) has the case been closed; if so, when was it closed and why.
