In relation to the seating available at Westfield Belconnen bus interchange, is it the responsibility of the Government or Westfield Belconnen to maintain this infrastructure, including seating; if the Government is responsible, has providing eaves to better weatherproof the bus shelters been considered; if Westfield Belconnen is responsible, has the Government had any discussions with Westfield about weatherproofing the shelters, and if not, why not.
