  1. In relation to a hearing of the Standing Committee on Social Policy on 10 February 2025,  at which the committee was advised that the Solid Ground program had recently been evaluated by ARTD Consultants, has the evaluation report been published; if so, can the Minister provide a link to that report; if the report has not been published, can the Minister provide a copy of the evaluation report.
  2. Has the Police Community Youth Club (PCYC) responded to the evaluation report; if so, can the Minister provide a copy of the response.
  3. What changes have been made to the Solid Ground program since the evaluation was completed.
  4. Was the evaluation conducted in accordance with the ACT Government Evaluation Policy and Guidelines.
  5. Did the evaluation look at the capacity of PCYC to accommodate demand for this program.
