Can the Minister please provide an update on the timings for the Aranda locked gates, including (a) what time the gates are currently unlocked for public access, (b) what consultation has occurred with the Aranda community over the past three months on future public access times, (c) what times will the gates be unlocked for public access during daylight saving, which commences on 5 October 2025, (d) will the gates be unlocked to provide more access during the school holiday periods during daylight saving and what are these changes, and (e) whether there is clear signage on site about this system.
