Answer

(1) Staff can access Level 5 of the southern multistorey carpark from 7:15am. Level 8 opens at 9:50am. Staff who start prior to these times are encouraged to utilise the carparks on Yamba Drive or the former CIT site on Albermarle Place.

Where able, staff who are on day shifts are encouraged to park further from the campus so that staff working evening and night shifts have parking available to them that is closer to the campus.

(2) Access to parking on Yamba Drive and CIT carparks has been supported by improvements to lighting, installation of additional CCTV cameras, and actual or virtual escort by security. The courtesy bus also has extended hours of operation to primarily support staff travelling to and from the CIT carpark between 5:30am to 8:00am and 5:00pm to 11:00pm.
