  2. How many pieces of written legal advice has the ACT Solicitor-General issued in the last three financial years, and in how many cases was this advice relied upon to support Cabinet or legislative decisions.
  3. Has the Solicitor-General provided legal advice that conflicted with a proposed or adopted Cabinet policy, since 2018; if so, what process was followed to address that conflict.
