In relation to the answer to question on notice No 149, (a) how many public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and charging bays are operational in the Belconnen district, and how many are located in each suburb of the Belconnen district, as at the latest available date in 2026, (b) what is the current ratio of public EV charging bays in the Belconnen district to (i) residents and (ii) registered EVs, (c) has the new DC fast charging site with three chargers servicing six bays in the Belconnen district  expected to be operational in 2025 been delivered; if so, where is it located and when did it become operational; if not, what are the reasons for the delay and the revised delivery timeline, (d) what target ratio of public EV charging bays to registered EVs does the Government consider appropriate for urban districts such as Belconnen, (e) for public EV charging infrastructure funded or supported by the Government in the Belconnen district, (i) what is the average capital cost to government per charging bay installed, (ii) what are the ongoing annual maintenance, servicing or operational costs borne by government, (iii) what utilisation data is available, including the average number of charging sessions per bay per day or per month and (iv) based on this data, what is the estimated average cost to government per charging session or per user.
