Question - Planning

1. Can the Minister advise what types of developments would be considered appropriate or permissible under current zoning and planning regulations for Blocks 1, 2 and 3 Section 6 in Higgins, located at 2-6 MacNaughton Street, which were reportedly sold in 2024.
2. Can the Minister advise whether any development applications have been submitted, approved, or are currently under assessment for the sites referred to in part (1).
3. Can the Minister advise whether the ACT Government is aware of any intended use for the sites referred to in part (1) following their sale.
