In relation to the Public Roads (Stromlo and Molonglo Valley Districts) Declaration 2025 (NI2025–694) signed on 19 December 2025 declaring the part of Uriarra Road between Swallowtail Road and Opperman Avenue to be a public road, (a) why was this declaration made, (b) when will this section of road be opened, (c) what traffic planning has been undertaken in relation to the re-opening of this road and (d) what consultation has been undertaken with local residents about the re-opening of this road.
