- Can the Minister provide the scheduled street sweeping frequency for each suburb in the Belconnen district, including the specific program or cycle used to determine when streets are swept.
- How many actual street sweeping passes were completed in the past 24 months for each Belconnen suburb and how does this compare to the Government’s stated minimum sweeping schedule.
- What system or records are used to verify that scheduled street sweeping has actually occurred, such as GPS logs, contractor reports or work orders.
- Which contractors or companies currently deliver street sweeping services in the ACT, including (a) the value of each contract, (b) the contract duration and (c) the number of vehicles allocated to the contract.
- How many street sweeping vehicles are currently (a) operating across the ACT and (b) allocated to servicing Belconnen.
- How many complaints or service requests relating to street cleanliness or sweeping have been received in the Belconnen district in the past three years, broken down by suburb.
- What performance measures or KPIs exist within street sweeping contracts to ensure the minimum service standard is delivered.
