Question - City Services

1. Given the food organics and garden organics (FOGO) procurement is under way and last reports were that the procurement would be complete by 2025 and the full delivery was planned for completion by 2028, and given that the ACT Infrastructure Plan Update - Climate Action, Energy and Environment gave the estimated total cost for a regional FOGO processing facility for Canberra as $100 million to $250 million and said the Commonwealth Government has committed $13 million through the Food Waste for Healthy Soils Fund, what is the update on the total estimated cost for the FOGO facility.
2. What will be the total Commonwealth contribution for this facility.
3. Over the life of this project, will we get 50:50 funding from the Commonwealth for the whole contract, or for the construction element of the contract; if not, on what basis are we getting funding for this facility.
4. Where is the procurement up to and when is the procurement due to be complete.
