- How many patients, in each year since 2020, aged over 65 remained admitted to ACT public hospitals after they were medically ready for discharge because they were awaiting a (a) residential aged care placement, (b) respite care bed and (c) home care package.
- What was the total number of hospital bed days occupied while awaiting those services in each year since 2020 for the patients referred to in part (1).
- What is the estimated average daily cost of a hospital inpatient bed in the ACT public hospital system.
- What was the approximate cost to the ACT health system of hospital bed days occupied by patients awaiting aged-care services in each year since 2020, based on the estimate referred to in part (3)
- What is the estimated daily cost of (a) residential respite aged care and (b) a Level 4 home care package.
- What was the average length of time patients over 65 remained in hospital after being medically ready for discharge while awaiting aged-care services.
