Question - ACT Fire & Rescue

In relation to the Rosenbauer hybrid electric fire truck, (a) has the truck returned to the ACT; if so, (i) on what date did it return to the ACT, (ii) has it returned to service and (iii) is it fully operational; if not, (i) why not and (ii) what date is it expected to return to the ACT and to service, and (b) on what date does the warranty expire.
