- Is the GRIFFIN Accelerator operated by Canberra Innovation Network Ltd or by a separate legal entity or entities, including any company, trust, syndicate or special purpose vehicle; if the latter, can the Minister identify each entity and its role.
- Does any entity associated with the GRIFFIN Accelerator, including any “Griffin Accelerator Holdings” or similarly named entity, have shareholders, unitholders or beneficiaries; if so, who are they.
- Has any current or former Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN) director, executive, employee or contractor, including Mr Craig Davis, held any direct or indirect financial interest including shares, units, carried interest, trustee roles or beneficial interests in any entity or trust associated with GRIFFIN; if so, specify the nature and timing of each interest.
- Are any CBRIN personnel currently involved in decision-making for GRIFFIN investments while also holding or having the opportunity to hold a financial interest in those investments; if so, how is this permitted under CBRIN governance policies.
