What is the estimated foregone revenue to the ACT from companies with Exclusion from Groups determinations. 

Exclusion determinations are administrative instruments issued where group arrangements change and certain entities are no longer part of a particular group for payroll tax.  Typically, the entities will become part of another payroll tax group or form a new payroll tax group.  The Revenue Office does not estimate the impact of these changes on revenue.
