  1. What percentage of victims were contacted by the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) prior to key prosecutorial decisions (e.g. plea negotiations, charge withdrawals) in each year since 2018.
  2. Since 2018, has the office of the DPP tracked or reported any metrics on victim satisfaction, trauma-informed practice, or service standards; if so, can the Attorney-General provide available data or summaries.
  3. What training modules or professional development relating to vulnerable witnesses—including children, sexual assault survivors, and victims of domestic violence—have been mandatory for ACT prosecutors since 2018.
