- How was the land valued for sellers (owners) of Mr Fluffy blocks.
- How was the land valued for buyers (developers) of Mr Fluffy blocks.
- Were the sellers (owners) of Mr Fluffy blocks asked to pay more than they received to buy their blocks back because of the uplift in value of the land from the rezoning (DV343) that allowed subdivision and dual occupancies to be built on the blocks.
- Did the Government consider the impact of zoning changes on the cost impost on the homeowners and their ability to buy-back their blocks.
