  1. What kind of technology is available to people in the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) to undertake education, including tertiary education, i.e. computers or ipads.
  2. Where are these devices located in the Centre.
  3. How many devices are there and how many of those are operational at any given time.
  4. What restrictions are there in terms of the hours the devices are accessible.
  5. How many computers or ipads are available to people on remand, broken down into each accommodation option and whether the detainee is male, female or gender diverse, so they can undertake education.
  6. How many computers or ipads are available to sentenced people, broken down into each accommodation option and whether the detainee is male, female or gender diverse, so they can undertake education.
  7. Can AMC detainees access health care via telehealth; if not, why not and has it been considered; if so, which detainees can access it.
