Question - Access Canberra

In relation to notifiable instrument NI2026–158, which lists numerous pages of incorporated associations who have had the registration as an association cancelled, can the Minister advise (a) what steps were taken to engage with these associations prior to that cancellation being applied, (b) what steps are available to an organisation if they are still operating and by failing to respond or engage have now had their registration cancelled and (c) when was the last time a notifiable instrument was issued undertaking the same cancellation process.
