- How many reports of illegal parking have been made to Access Canberra in each of the past three years.
- How many of the reports referred to in part (1) resulted in (a) an inspection or attendance by an authorised officer, (b) a warning issued and (c) an infringement issued.
- What is the average response time between a report referred to in part (1) being made and an authorised officer attending the location.
- How many reports of illegal parking referred to in part (1) were not actioned and for what reasons.
- What performance benchmarks or service standards apply to Access Canberra in responding to illegal parking complaints and are these currently being met.
- What steps is the Government taking to improve response times and enforcement outcomes for illegal parking complaints.
