- When was the Minister first advised the Emergency Services Agency (ESA) warning system test should not be conducted in September, as has been done in 2024.
- When was the need for enhancement work first identified.
- When did the enhancement work referred to in part (2) (a) commence and (b) conclude.
- Why didn't the ESA run a warning system test in September, as has previously been done, and then run a second test after the enhancement work was completed.
- Why did the ESA wait for the enhancement work to be completed before running a warning system test, if the enhancements are not being implemented until the next high risk weather season in 2026-2027.
- Why did the ESA conduct the warning system test during the peak of the 2025-2026 high risk weather season if the enhancements are not being implemented until the next high risk weather season.
- When was the warning system last tested before the test conducted on 11 December 2025.
- How does the Single Point of Truth warning system work in relation to the Commonwealth AusAlert, which is to be tested in June for an October commencement nationwide.
