In relation to QON 1716:

  1. Can the Minister provide for each complaint or any other mechanism of referral in relation to fraud and misconduct to Education Directorate (ED) the length of time between the Directorate being made aware of these allegations and the allegations being closed between 2016 and present, including if the complaint has been referred internally or externally.
  2. If the case is still open can the Minister provide details of when the allegation was received by the Directorate and how many days the allegation has been investigated either internally or externally.
  3. Can the Minister provide the same information as parts (1) and (2) for each bullying and harassment allegation made to ED between 2016 and present.
