- Is a teacher not authorised to administer adrenaline to students experiencing anaphylaxis where the adrenaline is in non-injectable form, given the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2008 outlines authorisations regarding the emergency supply and administration of adrenaline, and authorised adrenaline is defined as adrenaline in a single use automatic injector delivering not more than 0.3mg adrenaline.
- Can teachers administer intranasal adrenaline to students experiencing anaphylaxis in circumstances where the intranasal adrenaline has been prescribed to the student.
