- Who is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and safety of all public areas, including walkways, seating areas and spaces beneath awnings attached to commercial premises of the Hawker Village Shopping Centre and what obligations apply to lessees.
- What are the prescribed cleaning, inspection and maintenance standards for the Hawker Village Shopping Centre, including (a) frequency of routine cleaning, (b) frequency of deep cleaning such as high-pressure washing and (c) required response times for removal of hazards including waste, animal remains and biohazards.
- How many times in the past 12 months has cleaning and maintenance been undertaken at the Hawker Village Shopping Centre and how many (a) complaints, (b) service failures or (c) missed cleans have been recorded.
- What inspections or assessments have been conducted in the past five years regarding (a) trip hazards, including uplifted paving, (b) cleanliness and (c) public health risks at the Hawker Village Shopping Centre and what risks were identified.
