  1. How many personal injury claim notification forms have been lodged with the ACT Government each year for the last five financial years. 
  2. How many of the forms referred to in part (1) pertained to footpath-related injuries each year for the last five financial years.
  3. How much has the ACT Government spent in total on legal representation pertaining to footpath-related injury claims, whether internally through the ACT Government Solicitor or through external legal representation, in each financial year for the last five financial years.
  4. How does the total cost of legal representation pertaining to footpath-related injury claims in the 2024-25 financial year compare to the ACT Government’s total expenditure on legal services in the 2024-25 financial year.
  5. Is any cost recovery provided to the Government Solicitor by City Services or by any other part of government for this work; if so, how much has been provided in each financial year for the last five financial years.
