  1. In relation to commercial land release, what were the specific reasons Block 1 Section 295 Wanniassa (the block) was not released during 2021-22 as scheduled.
  2. Was the block released as scheduled in 2022-23, as per the Indicative Land Release Program.
  3. Was the block sold upon its release to a private leaseholder.
  4. What is the current status of any development, proposed or planned, on the site.
