Question - Access Canberra

Further to the letter from the Minister for Planning in response to petitions No. E-PET-049-24 and PET-010-25 dated 3 June 2025, which states that “The Compliance Team in Access Canberra conducted inspections in October 2024, and March and April 2025, and undertook urgent repairs to the perimeter fencing earlier this year to address immediate safety and security risks, which the lessee has been notified of”, has the ACT Government attempted to recover the costs of the enforcement action from the lessee for these urgent repairs and perimeter fencing.
