- How many matters involving the Government, its directorates or territory-owned corporations were (a) commenced in the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) and (b) finalised by way of settlement, consent orders or discontinuance following agreement between the parties (rather than a contested hearing) for each of the last ten financial years.
- What was the total dollar value of payments made by or on behalf of the Government under ACAT-related settlements (including ex-gratia payments and settlement of costs), including the (a) average payment per settled matter and (b) median payment per settled matter for each of the last ten financial years.
- How many individual parties have received more than one payment from the Government under ACAT-related settlements, including the (a) total number of such repeat recipients and (b) highest number of separate settlement payments made to any one party, over the last ten financial years.
- Of the ACAT-related settlements entered into by or on behalf of the Government over the last ten financial years, (a) how many included confidentiality or non-disclosure provisions and (b) what is the total and average dollar value of settlements that contained such provisions.
- Can the Minister provide, for the last ten financial years, a breakdown by directorate or territory-owned corporation of (a) the number of ACAT-related settlements entered into each year and (b) the total and average settlement amounts for each directorate or territory-owned corporation for those years.
