- What protections has the ACT Government established to ensure the appropriate upkeep and maintenance of the heritage-listed Coggan's Bakery building in Braddon.
- Can the Coggan's Bakery building be cordoned off to ensure better protection from graffiti and vandalism.
- What requirements exist to ensure leaseholders appropriately upkeep and maintain heritage-listed buildings (a) on their property and (b) on their property while awaiting development application approval.
- Has the Minister met with the leaseholder for the heritage-listed Coggan's Bakery building to discuss the current state of the building; if so, when; if not, why not.
- Has the Minister met with the Minister for City and Government Services to discuss the current state of the building; if so, when; if not, why not.
