  1. Does the ACT Government stand by the findings of the Board of Inquiry into the Criminal Justice System.
  2. What was the basis for the Attorney-General’s finding on 4 August 2023 that Mr Drumgold's position was untenable.
  3. Did the ACT Government pay Mr Sofronoff’s legal costs in his defence of his conduct during the Board of Inquiry into the Criminal Justice System in the Supreme Court proceedings of Drumgold v Board of Inquiry.
  4. Will the ACT Government (a) pursue a criminal investigation in relation to Mr Sofronoff’s conduct as chair of the Board of Inquiry into the Criminal Justice System, (b) refer Mr Sofronoff to the Queensland Legal Services Commission, (c) pursue Mr Sofronoff for the money paid to him, and the costs associated with the Board of Inquiry into the Criminal Justice System and (d) continue to publish the findings of the Board of Inquiry into the Criminal Justice System on the ACT Government website.
