- How many SES roles have been created or upgraded within Infrastructure Canberra (formerly Major Projects Canberra) since 1 January 2022, including (a) a list of each role, (b) whether a business case was prepared and (c) whether the role was publicly advertised and filled through an open merit-based process.
- What controls are in place to ensure newly created or reclassified SES roles comply with ACT Public Service merit and qualification requirements.
- How many SES officers within Infrastructure Canberra have, since 1 January 2022, been absent from duty for more than (a) six months and (b) 12 months.
- For any SES role where the substantive occupant has been absent for more than 6 months, (a) has the role been formally backfilled; if not, why not, (b) how have the duties been performed during the absence and (c) what has been the total salary and on-cost expenditure during the period of absence.
- Has Infrastructure Canberra assessed whether the role remains operationally necessary where an SES role has not been backfilled during an extended absence; if so, what was the outcome.
- How many SES roles at Infrastructure Canberra have remained substantively unperformed for 12 months or more in the past three financial years.
- Has any internal audit, workforce review, or ACT Public Service Commissioner review examined SES role creation, reclassification, or extended absence arrangements within Infrastructure Canberra in the past three years.
