  1. Are GRIFFIN Accelerator investments, including SAFE notes or equivalent instruments, made via (a) trusts, b) corporate trustees, (c) syndicates, (d) special purpose vehicles or (e) nominee arrangements; if so, can the Minister identify each structure used.
  2. For each such structure identified in part (1), (a) who are the trustees or directors, (b) who are the unitholders or investors and (c) how are returns distributed.
  3. Are any Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN) staff, directors, mentors or advisers (a) trustees, (b) directors of corporate trustees, (c) unitholders or beneficiaries and (d) investors in any GRIFFIN Accelerator-related investment structure.
  4. How are individuals selected or invited to participate in GRIFFIN Accelerator-related investments and is participation limited to mentors, staff, board members or associated networks.
  5. Are written policies in place governing access to investment opportunities arising from a publicly supported accelerator; if so, can the Minister provide them.
