- Are GRIFFIN Accelerator investments, including SAFE notes or equivalent instruments, made via (a) trusts, b) corporate trustees, (c) syndicates, (d) special purpose vehicles or (e) nominee arrangements; if so, can the Minister identify each structure used.
- For each such structure identified in part (1), (a) who are the trustees or directors, (b) who are the unitholders or investors and (c) how are returns distributed.
- Are any Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN) staff, directors, mentors or advisers (a) trustees, (b) directors of corporate trustees, (c) unitholders or beneficiaries and (d) investors in any GRIFFIN Accelerator-related investment structure.
- How are individuals selected or invited to participate in GRIFFIN Accelerator-related investments and is participation limited to mentors, staff, board members or associated networks.
- Are written policies in place governing access to investment opportunities arising from a publicly supported accelerator; if so, can the Minister provide them.
