  1. Has the Government considered the relocation, redevelopment or replacement of the Civic Police Station, including specifically to 74 Allara St Civic (CANBERRA CENTRAL CITY Section 10 Block 18).
  2. Has the Government considered delivering any new Civic police facility through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), developer-led project, or mixed-use development.
  3. Has any business case, feasibility study, market sounding or procurement analysis been undertaken regarding private sector delivery of a Civic police facility.
  4. Has the Government received any unsolicited proposals, expressions of interest, or informal approaches from private developers, investors or property groups relating to the development of a police facility in Civic; if so, what was (a) the date of the proposal or approach, (b) the entity involved, (c) the land parcel or block referenced and (d) the proposed development model.
  5. Have any government agencies, including Infrastructure Canberra or ACT Policing, held discussions with private sector entities regarding incorporating a police facility into a commercial or mixed-use development in the Civic precinct.
