In relation to draft variation 369 (DV 369) which established Infrastructure Living requirements that have been incorporated into the outcomes-based Territory Plan, (a) how are development applications assessed to ensure that the Infrastructure Living requirements established in DV 369 are complied with and (b) have there been instances where Assessment Outcome 19 of the Residential Zones Specifications has not been complied with.
