  1. What is the average wait time for a probationary drivers license test through Access Canberra.
  2. When the wait time is over three months, are learners still able to book in for a probationary license test; if not, what do they do.
  3. When will the Government move from a phone call based booking system to a self-service online booking system for probationary license tests.
