  1. What is the total value of penalty charges and interest charges levied on commercial property owners who have appealed a reassessment decision made under section 11B of the Rates Act 2004 for the financial years of (a) 2021-2022, (b) 2022-2023, (c) 2023-2024 and (d) 2024-2025 (to date).
  2. What is the total value of penalty charges and interest charges levied on commercial property owners who have appealed a reassessment decision made under section 11B of the Rates Act 2004, where the appeal has been successful, for the financial years of (a) 2021-2022, (b) 2022-2023, (c) 2023-2024 and (d) 2024-2025 (to date).
  3. In how many cases has the owner of a commercial property, who has successfully appealed the reassessment decision made under section 11B of the Rates Act 2004, been charged a penalty or penalty interest and not had that penalty or penalty interest refunded following their successful appeal, for the financial years of (a) 2021-2022, (b) 2022-2023, (c) 2023-2024 and (d) 2024-2025 (to date).
