- Will a new lease be offered to the Woden Early Childhood Centre on Easty Street in Phillip, given the lease for the Woden Early Childhood Centre has expired and is currently on a month-by-month arrangement; if so, how long will that lease be and will it be on renewed on a peppercorn lease or similar terms to the previous lease; if not, why not.
- Are there any plans to sell the site referred to in part (1).
