(1) The total cost of urban development of the Gungahlin district by the Suburban Land Agency from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2024 totalled $314.54m. 

(2)The breakdown of the primary cost areas as tracked by the Suburban Land Agency is shown in the table below:
