  1. Can the Minister provide an update on engagement with Phillip traders and owners in relation to the recommendation of the Planning, Transport and City Services Committee that the ACT Government consult with the traders and owners in the Phillip Service Trades Area with a view to reversing the zoning change of the Territory Plan 2023 which removed housing as a use in the area.
  2.  Can the Minister advise whether the restriction referred to in part (1) will be removed.
