  1. What is the minimum size of the land area that Government would need to purchase to ensure public access to Ginninderra Falls.
  2. Did Government value this land.
  3. Has Government costed upgrades necessary to make Ginninderra Falls publicly accessible.
  4. Has Government consulted with Yass Valley Council and New South Wales Government about whether this site could be jointly funded for public access.
  5. Has Government estimated the value of tourism and public access to Ginninderra Falls.
