Have blocks in the Belconnen Lakeshore land release been sold, including the (a) former Belconnen Water Police site and (b) two blocks known as the Circus site; if so, who bought the blocks and when will the Suburban Land Agency website be updated; if not, why not and what is causing the delay in selling the blocks.
